OUR PREMIER PICKLED QUAIL EGGS!  Prepared Like Grandma Used To Make! We gather the quail eggs each day from our healthy, hand raised quails. The eggs are boiled then added to the various juices to produce our deliciously flavored pickled quail eggs. The process from start to finish is all done by hand, 1 egg at a time.    Each jar contains 25+ eggs.

PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH  PICKLED QUAIL EGGS

An old fashioned Pennsylvania Dutch recipe prepared by hand using only the finest of ingredients.  Quality apple cider vinegar, beets and juice, pickling spices and a small dash of kosher salt all combined by hand –one pint at a time. Creating a wonderful delicacy to be enjoyed as they are or prepared further into deviled eggs. There are 25+ eggs per jar.

PUB STYLE PICKLED QUAIL EGGS

A delightfully full bodied pickled quail egg prepared in a white vinegar juice with pickling spices, and a dash of kosher salt.

HOT PUB STYLE PICKLED QUAIL EGGS

Same as the Pickle Pub Quail Egg with a whole cayenne pepper added to give the eggs a little zing! Nicely Hot!

CAJUN STYLE PICKLED QUAIL EGGS

Mildly hot pickled quail eggs in a white vinegar juice with pickling spices, Cajun seasonings and a dash of kosher salt.
